Whole Foods Market in Washington state seeks an on-site Prepared Foods Team Member to supervise and support the Prepared Foods Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compelling displays.

You will train Team Members, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards of retail execution while prioritizing customer service and safety. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Formación

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to supervise and train Team Members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with basic software & email.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Works with Prepared Foods Trainer to train Team Members in a high-performance manner.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists and training materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members to satisfy customers.
• Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain a high-performance team.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
