• Open and close department per procedures.
• Ensure proper breaks and staff coverage.
• Communicate team concerns to leaders.
• Set and achieve high retail execution standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Monitor customer flows and respond to needs.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
