Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Frisco, CO is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Member to assist in scheduling, supervise Team Members, and maintain compelling displays. You will support Team Leaders to ensure smooth operation and uphold health and safety standards.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and at least 12 months of retail experience. You will perform duties across Prepared Foods, coffee, juice displays, and inventory control while

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of Prepared Foods procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Works with Prepared Foods Trainer to train Team Members in a high-performance environment.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using checklists and materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork, mutual respect, and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
