Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Strong leadership, training and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Team Members and maintain high-performance teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with learning materials to build high performance.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, rotated and displays appealing.
• Opens and closes the department according to procedures.
• Ensures adequate breaks and communicates team concerns to leadership.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and supports program initiatives.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and assists to delight customers.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and coaching to staff.
• Models the company's vision and goals in daily work.
