Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to train and mentor Team Members.
• Strong knowledge of Prepared Foods operations.
• Proficient in inventory and display maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members to build a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Maintains case and shelf cleanliness and rotation.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures appropriate breaks.
• Communicates team concerns to Team Leader.
• Maintains high retail execution standards.
• Supports a positive environment and teamwork.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Provides performance evaluations.
