Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Evergreen Park is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales and supervise a team of hourly associates making meals for members. You will model expertise in prepared foods and cafe operations, collaborate with other leaders, and ensure the club meets member expectations.

You will lead rotations, manage staffing and compliance, train and mentor teammates, and leverage digital tools to improve the customer experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the prepared foods team across caf, rotisserie, and fresh areas.
• Ensure quality, inventory, production, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Drive sales and maintain staffing and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments and third parties to ensure continuity.
