Job summary

Walmart in Raymore, MO is seeking a Prepared Foods & Café Department Lead to supervise a team of hourly associates delivering meals to members while driving sales and upholding quality, safety and service standards. You’ll model domain expertise in Prepared Foods and Café, collaborate with other leaders, and ensure the club meets member expectations through strong execution and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods and café team to achieve sales goals and serve members.
• Maintain knowledge of department operations and ensure quality, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate production, inventory, and displays; collaborate with other departments and vendors.
• Use handheld devices and digital tools to plan, train and monitor performance.
• Model Walmart values, mentor staff, and recruit talent when needed.
• Ensure staffing, cleanliness and audit/compliance standards are met.
