Job summary

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the prepared foods and café team, rotating through areas to meet business plans and member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of operations, safety, sanitation, inventory, and compliance in the prepared foods area.
• Utilize digital tools and handheld devices to plan, train, and make on-the-spot production decisions.
• Drive profitability and maintain a neat, safe work area while ensuring appropriate staffing and adherence to audits and policies.
• Coach and develop team members, identify training needs, and recruit talent as needed.
