Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Lake Charles is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales in your area and supervise hourly associates who create and serve meals to members, delivering value and quality.

You will mentor and rotate staff across caf, rotisserie and prepared foods, maintain safety and sanitation standards, train the team, and collaborate with other leaders to execute the store’s business plan and provide an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the prepared foods department and supervise hourly associates.
• Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards across all stations.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to meet business goals and provide a great member experience.
