Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and assessments.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods and café team to meet business goals.
• Ensure quality, compliance, safety, and inventory standards.
• Coordinate production across rotisserie and other areas.
• Train and develop team members and encourage internal talent.
