Walmart Danville location is seeking an Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales and supervise hourly associates who prepare and serve meals for members. You will model expertise in Prepared Foods and Café and collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.

You will lead rotations across caf, rotisserie and prepared foods, maintain quality and safety standards, leverage digital tools to plan for production and training, and develop your team for ongoing success in

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification - Certification

• Be a Team Leader by supervising the prepared foods team to meet goals and member needs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, safety standards and procedures.
