Walmart Sam's Club in Erie, PA is seeking an Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales, supervise hourly associates, and ensure meals meet member expectations.

You will oversee prepared foods areas, manage rotations, uphold quality and safety standards, and use digital tools to plan for production and training, while upholding company policies and delivering great member service.

Qualifications

• Six months' experience in a fresh production department or six months' experience supervising a team.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments (cafeteria, rotisserie, prepared foods).
• Facilitate rotations through fresh areas and manage team to meet business plan goals.
• Maintain knowledge of operations, quality, inventory, sanitation and safety in the prepared foods area.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for sales, production, and training; uphold compliance and ethics.
