Job summary

Just Salad is seeking PrepStaff to join our team. Under the Kitchen Team Leader, PrepStaff will focus on following all food specs and preparing ingredients in the back of house. You will support environmental initiatives and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include prepping items to recipe cards, using ovens correctly, following sanitation procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Paid training, growth opportunities, and daily pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must follow spec book and recipe materials.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Early morning availability required.
• Clear and professional communication with team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prep all Just Salad items according to recipe cards and specs.
• Operate oven per recipes and maintain correct usage.
• Ensure products are prepared as daily plan and marked accordingly.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Wear cut gloves when using knives.
• Keep walk-in refrigerator clean and organized.
• Complete prep within required time to come to work on front line.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
