Just Salad is seeking a PrepStaff to support our back-of-house kitchen, ensuring ingredients are prepared to recipe specs and maintaining high food quality as part of our mission for health and sustainability. You will work under the Kitchen Team Leader to follow recipes, uphold sanitation standards, and contribute to environmental initiatives.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, able to adapt in a growing environment, and available for early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow spec books and recipe materials.
• Maintain sanitation procedures and food safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Must be available for early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prep all Just Salad items to recipe cards and specs.
• Operate oven per recipes and ensure products are day-propped as prepared.
• Maintain clean and organized walk-in refrigerator and prep area.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies and wear cut gloves when using knives.
