Job summary

Just Salad is seeking PrepStaff to join our back-of-house team. Under the Kitchen Team Leader, you will prep ingredients per recipes and specs, assist in maintaining food quality, and support initiatives to reduce environmental footprint.

Daily duties include prep work, using ovens per spec, following sanitation procedures, and ensuring timely, safe operations. This role requires early morning availability, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and strong communication with team leaders.
