Just Salad is seeking PrepStaff to join our kitchen team in Plantation, FL. This role focuses on preparing ingredients per recipes and maintaining high food quality in a fast-paced back-of-house environment. You will support environmental initiatives and work under the Kitchen Team Leader and Chefs.

We value early morning availability, reliability, and the ability to learn and follow leadership. Training is provided, along with opportunities for growth and daily pay options.

Qualificações

• Ability to prepare ingredients according to recipes and food quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and follow leadership guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Able to communicate clearly with team leaders and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Prep all items to recipe cards and specs.
• Use ovens and equipment per recipes.
• Ensure products are prepared as scheduled and labeled correctly.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Wear gloves when using knives.
• Keep walk-in refrigerator organized.
