Just Salad is seeking PrepStaff to join our kitchen team. You will prep items to recipe cards, follow all food specs, and support initiatives to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.

The role reports to the Kitchen Team Leader and Chef and requires early morning availability. We provide paid training, growth opportunities, a solid company culture, and benefits like daily pay and flexible scheduling.

• Use oven as per recipes and maintain day’s prep quality.
• Ensure products are day-to-day prepared and labeled.
• Follow sanitation procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain clean, organized walk-in refrigerator and prep area.
• Complete prep within required times and communicate clearly.
