Job summary

Tattersall River Falls, a Morrissey Hospitality concept, is hiring a Prep/Pantry Line Cook to support elevated New American cuisine. You will work on hot or cold line stations, prepare to recipe, and ensure quality during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in a high-volume, high energy food and beverage environment.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, squat, and reach. Occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary facility by adhering to food quality standards and sanitation regulations.
• Prepares the line for service by estimating meal period food requirements and procuring all products from storage.
• Works hot or cold line stations and cooks and prepares food to recipe.
• Receives and checks in purchased items to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specifications.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other kitchen equipment. Reorganizes work area in preparation for the next shift.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage. Cleans and maintains trash area. Sweeps and mops floors.
