Job summary

Fenway Health in Boston seeks an HIV Prevention Navigator to support PrEP navigation, linkage to care, and adherence. You will work with the ID team, pharmacy, community health workers, and insurers to reduce barriers and ensure access to oral and injectable PrEP.

Responsibilities include patient outreach, education on PrEP options, coordinating intake and appointments, assisting with insurance and prior authorizations, and supporting digital navigation and Ryan White compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of HIV prevention strategies.
• Experience working with diverse and underserved populations.
• Strong documentation habits and task management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and build trust with patients.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and educate individuals about PrEP options and eligibility.
• Coordinate PrEP care continuum from intake to initiation and retention.
• Assist with insurance, prior authorizations, and medication access.
• Support navigation for long-acting injectable PrEP and digital health tools.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and participate in quality improvement.
