Job summary

Fuse Technical Group, LLC is seeking a Prep Coordinator to support the Project Manager and local Operations teams in completing both prep and de-prep tasks for live-event orders. The role is fast-paced and on-your-feet, with physical requirements including lifting and loading equipment.

You will use the Rental Works inventory program for order fulfillment, supervise prep staff, coordinate status updates with the Project Manager, and help enforce safety procedures while maintaining organization

Qualifications

• Adhering to standards and following processes.
• Inventory organization and technical skills are required.
• Interest in entertainment production.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with local prep staff and prep orders.
• Communicate status of prep orders with the Project Manager before start date.
• Coordinate with Assets and Operations about shortages and alternatives.
• Oversee barcode scanning during de-preps for gear movement.
• Enact and communicate standard operating procedures and safety measures.
• Report unsafe conditions to Operations Management.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Open and/or close the building as needed during shifts.
• Update knowledge through Renal Works training videos and shadowing.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by department or operations management.
