Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Duties involve bending & reaching
• Lift up to 100 pounds
• Stand or move for 8+ hours
• Turn or twist body parts in circular motion
• Tolerate heat, cold, chemicals, loud environments
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform guidelines
• Follow general safety & sanitation standards
• Recycling products where possible
• Remain calm in a hectic fast-paced atmosphere
• Demonstrate organization, attention to detail and urgency
• Display a positive, friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Receiving and ordering product.
• Preparing recipes and menu items to specification.
• Labeling, dating, and refrigerating prepped items for the line.
• Opening, closing and side duties for kitchen stations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish area and back dock.
• Washing dishes and operating the dish machine.
• Ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicating professionally with coworkers and staff.
• Acting as liaison between Heart-of-the-House and Front-of-the-House.
