Graziano's Group is looking for a Prep & Line Cook to perform both kitchen preparation and line execution in a full-time role. The candidate will handle prep duties during non-service hours and work the line during service to prepare and plate menu items per established standards, while upholding cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prep Cook responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients; labeling and storing items; maintaining clean prep areas.
• Line Cook responsibilities include setting up stations, cooking and plating menu items, and ensuring quality, timing, and presentation.
• Maintain sanitary workstation and follow safe food handling practices throughout service.
• Notify kitchen management of shortages and assist with closing duties.
• Assist with additional kitchen duties as needed by management.
