Job summary

Graziano’s is seeking a full-time grill cook to prepare a variety of grilled items, label and portion foods, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. You will regulate grill temperatures, manage inventory, and ensure food safety.

The role requires basic cooking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen and knowledge of sanitation regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take grilled food orders from waiters and prepare items for grilling.
• Label and portion food, garnish as needed, and maintain clean prep areas.
• Check and regulate grill temperature and broiler settings to match orders.
• Manage inventory and ensure quality and accurate quantities of ingredients.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the cooking area.
