Graziano's in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a dedicated line cook to set up stations, prep a variety of menu items, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure quality and timely service.

Responsibilities include following established safety standards, assisting with closing procedures, and supporting the Kitchen Manager. High school or vocational kitchen training is preferred; one year of related experience is a plus.

• High school or vocational kitchen basics; food safety preferred.
• One year of related kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to clean and maintain sanitation standards.
• Team player who works well under pressure.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.

Mansioni

• Set up stations and gather supplies for service.
• Prepare a variety of foods (meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables).
• Plate sauces and garnishes for stations.
• Store food items safely and date/label prep goods.
• Notify chef of shortages.
• Maintain a sanitary, organized work area.
• Follow closing checklist and kitchen procedures.
• Return used utensils to proper areas.
