Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or vocational coursework in kitchen basics preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Must maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and prep menu items.
• Prepare a variety of foods and garnish.
• Maintain sanitary work area and follow safety procedures.
• Notify Chef of shortages and follow closing checklist.
• Assist with all duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure proper storage and dating of food items.
