Job summary

Launchpad Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Miami. You’ll contribute to high-quality prep work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and efficiency from the start of service.

No prior Japanese culinary experience is required; we’ll train ideal candidates who are excited to learn about ingredients, techniques, and our signature open-style sushi hand rolls.

Qualifications

• The ability to comprehend and follow verbal direction.
• The ability to understand basic math.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• The ability to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis.
• The ability to sit, bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive for 6-8 hours a day.
