No prior Japanese culinary experience is required. We’ll train ideal candidates who are excited to learn more about Japanese ingredients, techniques, and our signature open-style sushi hand rolls.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal direction.
• Ability to understand basic math.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to sit, bend, stoop, stand and perform extensive 6-8 hours a day.
