Responsibilities

• Stock and organize workstations for smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and proper labeling of ingredients.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed (blanching, sautéing, frying).
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to kitchen team.
