Job summary

Roma KG is seeking a Prep Cook to support our kitchen operations in a full-service hotel/restaurant setting. You will wash, cut, portion, and prep ingredients, label and store food, and help maintain clean, stocked stations throughout each shift.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of relevant experience, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. We value detail-oriented teamwork and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar hotel or restaurant role.
• Food service certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, measuring, and portioning according to recipes and production guides.
• Maintain organized prep stations, properly label, date, store, and rotate food products according to safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation for menu items and specials while maintaining quality and efficiency.
