Responsibilities include following recipes, rotating stock, and assisting chefs during service while maintaining high sanitation and quality standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pantry, prep, or line cook role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to taste and distinguish flavors, temperatures and aromas to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and stations according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
• Coordinate with food runners to ensure timely service.
• Assist chefs and other kitchen staff during service.
