Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens are required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in executing menu recipes for high-quality, consistent dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Support open and closing duties and coordinate with team to ensure smooth service.
