Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining a clean station, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely service. 18+ years old, flexible shifts, and willingness to grow within a supportive hospitality culture are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens is required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and organized prep station and stations during service.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management to ensure smooth food flow.
• Follow sanitation protocols and assist with opening/closing duties.
