Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

• Operate in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment with attention to food presentation and execution.
• Follow company specifications and proper sanitation protocols; maintain a clean and organized station.
• Collaborate with team including assembly, expo, and management for smooth service.
