Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate in professional, fast-paced scratch kitchens.
• Fill line and prep cook roles with emphasis on food presentation and execution.
• Maintain open-kitchen visibility from the dining room.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management through strong communication.
• Execute proper recipes per company specs while keeping a clean station.
• Follow proper sanitation protocols and perform opening/closing duties.
