Job summary

Ci Siamo Boston is seeking a Prep Cook to join our opening team at Commonwealth Pier. You will support daily food prep for service, collaborate with a passionate kitchen crew, and help deliver Enlightened Hospitality in every shift.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Prior prep experience is preferred but not required; English fluency is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a prep position at a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic food prep and kitchen equipment.
• Efficiently execute all prep assignments.
• Keep prep station clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
