Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group in Atlanta, GA is hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to prepare food items for our guests and support outstanding dining experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and consistency across meals.

The role includes a $16.00–$18.00 per hour pay range with benefits. Flexibility with shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for training and development are offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to safely use kitchen tools (knives and small equipment).
• Ability to follow instructions.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items and measure, portion, and prepare all food items per standards.
• Communicate with the Chef for special instructions or training.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed.

What will you do?

• Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of the shift

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
