Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group in Atlanta, Georgia is hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to join our team at Hundredfold. As a Prep Cook, you will prepare food items for our established guests, supporting great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items, measure, portion, and prepare all food items per standards.
• Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation procedures.

As a Prep Cook, you will be preparing food items for our established guests, supporting great guest experiences. Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Retrieve necessary storage items and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
• Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
• Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations

More About You

• Prior food preparation experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment ware)
• Ability to follow instructions
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Manual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids
• Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
• Ability to frequently immerse hands in water
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
