ECI Management Group is seeking a Cook 2 (Prep Cook) in Pembroke, GA to prepare meals according to standardized recipes and maintain a clean, safe kitchen. You will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality and timely service, while mentoring junior staff and supporting inventory and menu development.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus culinary training is preferred, and at least 2 years in a professional kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen, high-volume catering experience.
• Experience with diverse cuisines and plating presentation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
