Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for the daily preparation of basic bulk food products according to company specifications, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.

You will read orders, multi-task across several dishes, stock workstations, and coordinate timing with managers to ensure quality and timely service. A High School Diploma or GED and cooking experience are preferred, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Read food order slips or verbal instructions and prepare/cook food according to recipes.
• Wash, cut and prepare foods; stock and restock workstations.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas; clean preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
• Coordinate cooking times by scheduling activities and equipment use with managers.
