AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook. This is a full-time position. Weekends and evenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to daily prep sheets.
• Gather salad/sandwich ingredients and prep them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling for customers.
• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes.
• Manage food inventory when necessary.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.
