• Follow daily production schedules and recipes.
• Complete and document production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operate and clean equipment properly.
• Store and label food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and portion controls.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform additional duties as assigned.
