• Location: Vanguard- Catering - 900 Vanguard Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Catering experience required.
  *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers following federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items according to recipes and quantities.
3. Complete production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
5. Store, label, and date food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
8. Takes orders and prepares quick-prep items.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
