Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality assurance.
4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
5. Store, label, and date all food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
6. Document all required reports and logs.
7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-service items.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
