  • Address: Henry Ford Providence Southfield - 16001 West 9 Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Role Overview

Prepare food and serve customers following federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items according to recipes and quantities.
  3. Follow daily worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
  4. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
  5. Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete documentation and reports as required.
  7. Adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
  8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
  11. Resolve customer concerns and perform additional duties as assigned.
