Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers following applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items on production sheets following recipes.
  • Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment after use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Takes customer orders and prepares items requiring short prep time.
  • Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
  • Complete orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
  • Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
  • Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
