Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens is required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes for service in fast-paced kitchens.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and coordinate with expo, assembly and management as needed.
