Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute proper food recipes and follow company specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and workspace.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management staff to ensure service quality.
• Open duties and closing cleaning responsibilities.
• Follow proper sanitation protocols at all times.
