Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
• Ability to operate machines and equipment used in the kitchen.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to support bartender but not pour alcohol.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Move around bar and kitchen area efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, prepares a variety of food products according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders.
• Maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Delivers food and assists guests as needed with a high standard of integrity and hospitality.
• Answers questions about the hotel, area, and events.
