Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC in St. Louis, MO is hiring a friendly, motivated team member to work in our kitchen and dining area. Shifts are 4-8pm and/or 4:30-8pm, with weekends required. Starting pay at $18.26 per hour and a supportive hospitality team.

You will help maintain a clean kitchen and lobby, assist with the 5:30 p.m. Kickback program for guests, and ensure food safety. We value guest service, a positive attitude, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work weekends.
• Basic food safety awareness and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and cleanup.
• Keep kitchen and lobby areas clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service and answer questions.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and integrity.
