Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Columbia, MO is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils, following recipe cards to fulfill guest orders with consistency and hospitality.

In this role you will maintain a clean, organized prep area and support the bartending and dining teams as needed, while delivering the high standard of service Drury is known for. Must be 18+, English proficient, and able to operate kitchen machinery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak clearly.
• Ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment, including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders.
• Maintain the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while delivering food and assisting guests.
• Support bar and dining teams as needed while upholding Drury’s hospitality standards.
